Registered Manager within Domiciliary Care
- £40,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience
- Full-time role - 40 hours a week

The successful candidate will:
- Be able to lead, direct, supervise, and support employees within the branch to provide flexible services responding to individual client needs
- Appoint employees at all levels below Manager, including advertising, reference checks, interviews, health checks, and DBS applications
- Hold exit interviews and report issues, trends, and patterns to senior management or recruitment teams
- Provide induction training, information, and supervision to employees, ensuring they understand their duties and responsibilities
- Promote good communication through employee meetings, reports, and encourage openness at all levels
- Monitor employee duties and performance, manage probation periods, and handle disciplinary matters
- Ensure clients' emotional, spiritual, physical, medical, and material needs are recognized, assessed, and met, including regular reviews and care plan formulation in liaison with other professionals
- Ensure clients are consulted regularly as part of the branch QA system
- Oversee adherence to Health & Safety policies at all times in the branch and clients' homes
- Ensure mandatory training requirements are met by checking the training matrix for staff compliance
- Ensure rotas are covered in advance where possible, and all care calls are made according to client and caregiver schedules

- Be an experienced business manager with team management skills
- Be able to work every other weekend and on backup shifts
- Have a clean driving license with your own transport
