About the Company

Compass Associates are working with a complex care provider in the Yorkshire region who offer specialist support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs. They are passionate about the care they provide, offering personalised support with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation to empower individuals and enhance their lives. They provide domiciliary care aimed at maximising independence and quality of life, supporting personal care, household tasks, emotional support, and social engagement.

About the Role

Due to the success of the business, they are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the service alongside the Head of Operations. With plans for expansion and new supported living provisions, this is a great opportunity for future progression.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth of the service
  • Increasing care capacity
  • Recruitment and training of staff
  • Assessments of new referrals
  • Collaborating with local authorities and commissioners to ensure appropriate support

Qualifications

NVQ Level 5 in Management is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards.

Good organisational skills with the ability to lead a field-based team.

Pay Range and Benefits

£45,000 per annum, plus a company car and fuel card.

Benefits include a competitive annual leave allowance, pension scheme, opportunities for development and progression, and potential salary increase to £60k based on growth in care hours.
