About the Role
Due to the success of the business, they are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the service alongside the Head of Operations. With plans for expansion and new supported living provisions, this is a great opportunity for future progression.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
NVQ Level 5 in Management is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards.
Good organisational skills with the ability to lead a field-based team.

NVQ Level 5 in Management is desirable but not essential.
Pay Range and Benefits
£45,000 per annum, plus a company car and fuel card.
Benefits include a competitive annual leave allowance, pension scheme, opportunities for development and progression, and potential salary increase to £60k based on growth in care hours.
