Registered Manager Residential Children s Services - ASC
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £55,000 + £10,000 Registration bonus and annual bonus .
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the role:
You will be responsible for the operational management and development of a specialist 4 bed residential setting supporting children with autism and associated needs. You llo deliver outstanding care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and promoting a child-centred, therapeutic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
• Develop and maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing environment
• Oversee recruitment, team development, and performance
• Ensure each child s EHCP, emotional, and developmental needs are met
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, families, and professionals
Essential Requirements:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children s residential care
• In-depth knowledge of autism and positive behaviour support
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
• Experience in working with complex behaviours and a therapeutic ethos
