As part of this exciting phase of growth, we are leading the recruitment campaign for a passionate and experiencedRegistered Managerto oversee a brand new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art multi-site facility.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of children’s residential care within a forward-thinking organisation that is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support for young people.

The Role

You will hold registration for a multi-home site comprising three individual children’s homes, all situated within private grounds and designed to create safe, nurturing, and homely environments. You will lead with integrity, vision, and care – ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and embedding a culture of excellence across all services.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of achievingGoodorOutstandingOfsted ratings.
• Previous experience managing children’s residential homes, ideally with multi-site exposure.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
