The Witherslack Group is hiring a Registered Manager for a 7-bed children's home in the United Kingdom. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguard young people, and support staff in a caring, secure environment.

You will work with clinical and education teams to deliver holistic outcomes. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence are essential.

• Proven leadership with a passion for making a difference.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) required.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
