A dedicated children's services organization in Grimsby is seeking a Registered Manager to lead children's homes and supported accommodation. This role involves supervising a team to ensure exceptional care, and stability for children. Registered Manager - Children\'s Homes and Supported Accommodation
We are looking for a strong, compassionate, and decisive leader to supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care, love, and support for every child in line with the Children\'s Homes Regulations (2015) and Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023).
The nature of this role means that you will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely with a pattern of working one weekend in every four patterns covering 09:30am - 20:00pm.
