Leaders In Care are currently looking for an experienced registered manager to take lead in delivering a Home’s statement of purpose and ensure that each child and young person is provided with a safe, secure and caring home environment. They will ensure that each child and young person is encouraged and inspired to be the best they can in all aspects of their life.
Alongside this, you will plan, organise and be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of a Children’s home provided in the area of specialism. Overseeing the delivery of care and/or protection plans for those receiving services; working with children/young people and their families/carers in a specialist area.
This authority is on an improvement journey and trying to open up a few new homes and get them Ofsted regulated.
