Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + performance bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take the lead in a brand-new 3-bed EBD children\'s home in Swadlincote? This is a rare chance to shape a home from day one, build your own team, and set the standard of care that young people deserve.
