This is a standout opportunity to lead and shape a brand-new children's home in Wolverhampton the first in the area for a trusted provider we ve successfully partnered with before.

Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, you ll play a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing home where young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties can truly thrive.

About the Role:
• Take the lead in registering the home with Ofsted
• Recruit, build, and inspire your own staff team
• Deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with the Children s Homes Regulations 2015
• Ensure smooth admissions and transitions for young people
• Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and community services
• Maintain compliance, manage budgets, and ensure robust safeguarding
• Be part of an on-call rota to support service continuity

About You:

• Full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
