As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and passionateRegistered Managerto lead our dedicated care team and ensure exceptional service delivery in line with CQC standards.

The Role

As theRegistered Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient day-to-day management of our care operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to quality improvement, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the service complies with all relevant legislation, including CQC regulations and Health & Social Care Act standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, supervision, and ongoing development of care staff.
  • Conduct regular audits, spot checks, and supervisions to maintain high standards of care.
  • Manage client assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
  • Develop strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead on safeguarding matters and implement effective risk management.
  • Grow and develop the service in line with business objectives.
  • Maintain and improve quality and performance metrics, including client satisfaction and staff retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in home care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
