Overview

Domus is seeking a Registered Manager to establish and develop a new Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will work alongside the Area Manager, Director of Care and Support, and Director of Quality to shape this new service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and supervise staff to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
  2. Manage budgets effectively.
  3. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and improve care standards where necessary.
  4. Maintain high care standards and effectively manage staff.
Requirements
  1. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification, or the ability to work towards it.
  2. Knowledge of CQC, Health and Safety, and Local Authority requirements.
  3. Experience managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
  4. Experience recruiting staff and managing occupancy levels.
  5. Line management experience with large teams.
