Salary

Salary: £55,344 per annum + Benefits

Hours

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location

Location: Strelley, Nottingham

Setting

Setting: 5-bedded residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the service with a focus on quality care and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive commercial development and maintain strong relationships with purchasers/referrers
  • Contribute to strategic planning and uphold business objectives
Requirements
  • Valid NMC pin
  • At least 5 years' experience as an RNLD or RMN
  • Proven leadership in healthcare management
  • Deep understanding of mental health and learning disabilities
  • Strong commercial and people management skills
