Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager - Children’s Home

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

Role Overview

We seek a passionate Registered Manager to create a nurturing, activity-filled home where every child thrives. Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers growth and impact.

You'll receive full support, a comprehensive induction, and specialized management training. Familiarity with the PACE model is a plus, but we provide enhanced training and ongoing therapeutic support.

Our client is a small, tight-knit team where everyone knows each other by name. They support each other, celebrate wins (big and small), and always put the child first.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role in children's residential care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (Ofsted).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
