Job Description

Registered Manager required to lead an innovative residential care home which provides high-quality neurological rehabilitation care to both younger and older adults. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to take the lead in a highly regarded service rated “GOOD” by CQC, where excellence in care is a top priority.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care.
  • Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and internal policies.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for residents.
  • Maintain and enhance the home’s excellent reputation and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a positive influencer, inspiring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements
