TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential care home in Hastings, East Sussex. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering high quality, person-centred support for residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and has prior managerial experience. Salary is GBP40,000–GBP45,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have prior managerial experience.
• Manage a residential care home for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in Hastings.
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver person-centred care and high-quality support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice in social care.

An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to manage an exceptional residential care home based in the Hastings, East Sussex area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

A fantastic residential home located in the historic town of Hastings, in East Sussex. It offers residential support for males and females who have Prader:Willi syndrome (PWS)

To be considered for this role you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care + Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

As The Registered Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person:centred support and care
• Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• Use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP40,000 : GBP45,000 per annum. This exciting role is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week.
