We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, to join our established Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland which offers supported accommodation for 13 young people.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated and experienced team, providing stability, strong leadership and high-quality care for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the supported accommodation, ensuring it continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and environment where children can thrive.
As Registered Manager, you’ll inspire and support your team to achieve the very best outcomes for every child. You’ll ensure the supported accommodation continues to meet all regulatory requirements, promotes a positive culture, and embeds best practice across every aspect of care. You will play a vital role in preparing them for their future endeavours.
Whilst a management qualification Level 5 would be great, we are open to those with experience in a management role within a residential/social care setting and we have a development programme to support your professional development.
