Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our team at Ferndene Care Home. At Ferndene Care Home, we provide care and nursing support to older people and people living with dementia.

Location: Gainsborough, DN21. The home is commutable from areas including Retford, Lincolnshire, Doncaster and Worksop.

CQC Rating: GOOD

Hours : This is a full-time position which includes a share of on call duties.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the running of the nursing home. This will include but is not limited to, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to within defined timescales. We will look to you to lead the staff team, providing support whilst ensuring the delivery of quality care is maintained through assessment, guidance and supervision.

Our team: You will receive input and support from a Senior Management team alongside our experienced staff team which includes a Deputy Nurse Manager and Administrators. If you are passionate about supporting a team and visiting professionals, to make a difference, we look forward to receiving your application.

Required : Driving licence and use of a vehicle. Management experience within a nursing home.
