Your Impact

As our Registered Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team, ensure Care Inspectorate compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be the cornerstone of our success—supporting staff, delivering outstanding care, and helping grow our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing care team
  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards (Grade 5 or above)
  • Oversee health & safety and quality assurance
  • Manage recruitment, training, and retention strategies
  • Support business growth and meet commercial targets
What We’re Looking For
Essential
  • SVQ Social Services & Healthcare SCQF Level 9 (or working towards)
  • Leadership qualification SCQF Level 10 (or equivalent)
  • Full UK / EU driving licence and access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
Desirable
  • Experience achieving Grade 5 or 6 Care Inspectorate ratings
  • Proven leadership in care management
