We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 45-bed residential care home in Twerton, Bath, supporting older adults living with dementia, including those with complex needs.

The Registered Manager will oversee a committed team of approximately 70 staff and be supported by 2 Deputy Managers and a team of Senior Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to step into a well-supported and well-resourced environment.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance with all CQC requirements. The role is on-site and ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about person-centred care.
