Qualifications

• We are looking for a Qualified Home Manager with at least 3 years as Home Manager in dementia/general nursing care.
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated Good in the last 3 years is required.
• Operational background with ability to lead and develop a team in a person-centered environment.

About you:

We are looking for an Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 70bedded home specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing and has experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Operational background and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager, and also be able to evidence CQC Compliance published rated good in the last 3 years.
