Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager - Clinical at Allerton Lodge in Liverpool. You will lead a 45-bed home offering nursing and dementia care, guiding the team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

A £2,000 joining bonus is available for successful candidates. Applicants must have at least 3 years of Home Manager experience, with strong leadership, CQC compliance and a background in dementia and general nursing.

About you:

We are looking for an Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 70bedded home specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing and has experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Operational background and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager, and also be able to evidence CQC Compliance published rated good in the last 3 years.
