What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, or in a similar role.
2. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a children’s residential setting.
3. Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
4. Understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation for children’s services.
5. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
6. Valid UK driving licence.
