• Maintaining high standards in safeguarding, CQC compliance, and clinical excellence

• A Registered Manager with experience in a nursing or elderly care setting
• Experience as a nurse with active NMC PIN
• A decisive, energetic leader who inspires people to follow their lead
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and how to exceed them
