Our client is looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a small nursing home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced registered home manager (RMN or RNLD) who is passionate about improving clinical quality, supporting staff, and delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, compassionate leadership and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Manage and develop the care team, offering guidance, training, and supervision.
  • Maintain responsibility for budgets, staffing, and effective resource management.
  • Drive service development, ensuring continuous improvement and person-centred outcomes.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Work 40 hours per week in a supportive environment where residents and colleagues can thrive.
Qualifications and Requirements
