The Regional Manager is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 43 bed care home providing specialist residential care for adults with dementia, challenging behaviour, general care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC.

Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets/ business development / marketing
