Job title: Registered Home Care Manager
Location: Potters Bar
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000

Opportunity to join an award-winning homecare based in Barnet, You will be responsible for leading and growing our service in Barnet.

Actively support establishing our new service in Barnet and develop the business from start up to highly successful domiciliary care provider
Undertaking client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding new clients
Developing relationships with stakeholders and building on existing networks
Adopt a hands on management approach and empowering staff
Safe running of the branch including maintaining CQC compliance

You must have:

Registered manager: 2 years (preferred)
A valid UK driving license and use of a car
Leadership with experience in managing in domiciliary care (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements of the care regulations
Able to promote the highest standards of care across the team and with a focus on person-centred care
A positive, resilient and proactive approach and a drive to develop themselves and the team
