Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse ready to make a real difference in a forward-thinking care environment?

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as our first ever Registered Nurse, helping us shape and professionalise our service as we support a growing number of complex clients with high-level needs, including those funded via CHC and palliative care pathways.

As our service expands, we’re committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs. We are now looking for a Registered Nurse Lead who will help us:

• Upskill and train our Support Workers
• Strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration
• Position ourselves to add nursing to our CQC registration

???? What You’ll Do

• Hold a clinical lead role, managing a caseload of complex clients
• Complete and regularly review care plans and risk assessments
• Deliver training, observe practice, and assess competencies of Support Workers
• Provide nurse-led input into packages of care, including mental health, PBS, LD, Autism, restraint
• Attend MDT meetings, liaise with healthcare professionals, and make recommendations or referrals
• Support with bidding for new packages of care
• Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure ongoing CQC compliance

• NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
• Experience in community or complex care settings
• Confident in leading clinical care and influencing practice

Location: Based in Widnes with community visits in Runcorn, Widnes and South Liverpool.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
