Registered General Nurse required in Chinnor, Oxfordshire

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting an environment that encourages patients to feel safe and comfortable
• Maintaining patients' personal hygiene and wellbeing
• Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated
• Assisting mental health nurses with clinical duties
• Communicating with and supporting patients' relatives and carers
