Registered General Nurse (Nights) – Aylesbury, Bucks

Location: Byron House Care Home, Wendover Road, Aylesbury, HP9LP

Hourly rate: To be confirmed, plus paid breaks and handover

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Shifts: 8:pm to 8:am, across Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends

About the role:

• Support residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
• Assist the Home Manager with policy implementation and adherence
• Ensure residents have access to medical and social care as needed
• Follow infection control policies and procedures
• Work in accordance with CQC guidelines, NMC code, and relevant laws

About you:

• Legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
• Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse
• Current NMC registration and PIN
• Good communication skills and leadership ability
• Compassionate, positive, and flexible work ethic
