We’re Hiring Registered General Nurses - Nights
Location: Chaucer House, Canterbury, Kent
Hours: Part-Time (including alternate weekends)

Are you an NMC Pin Holder with experience in nursing? Ready to take the lead and provide outstanding care? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants.
• Ensure every resident receives personalised, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
• Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
