Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient‑centred nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to patients and their families
• Contribute to quality improvement and uphold best practices
• Ensure all safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance procedures are followed

Requirements

• NMC registered as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Band 5 experience with minimum 6 months NHS experience is a must
• Strong communication and clinical skills
