Registered General Nurse

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for multiple RGNs to support a new service in the North West!

Are you an RGN, with experience caring for elderly patients?

Location:Merseyside
Hours:Monday - Sunday | Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: June 2025
Service:Supporting elderly and frail residents within 2 care homes.

Pay Rates:
Days: £23.25 (ltd) - £21.00 (PAYE INC)
Weekend & Night: £25.53(ltd) - £23.00 (PAYE INC)

Duties of an RGN:
  • Act as a role model and promote high standards of person-centred clinical care.
  • Act as the nominated nurse in charge, ensuring safe staffing levels using the agreed dependency tool.
  • Collaborate with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care.
  • Safeguard the welfare of adults in your care.
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation via written care plans.
  • Work supportively with clinical teams, care home staff, and families to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC pin.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive care plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
