Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Registered Clinician for PIP Functional Assessments in Eastbourne. You will use clinical judgement to assess how health conditions affect daily living and independence in a non-treatment role.
The position is hybrid, with 3 days on site and 2 days remote, Monday–Friday. A starting salary of £45,000 is offered, plus up to 10% performance bonus and £2,000 uplift in year one, with full training provided.

As a PIP Functional Assessor, you'll assess how physical and mental health conditions affect an individual's daily living and independence.
You’ll still use your clinical judgement, assessment skills and professional experience every day, but within a structured, non-treatment role.
No previous Functional Assessor experience required. Full training provided.
What will you actually do?
This is an analytical, report-focused role so strong written communication and confidence producing clinical reports are important.

Eastbourne hybrid requirement You'll need to live within a 90-minute commute of Eastbourne and be able to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
