We are seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity at a specialist residential service in Hertfordshire. This is a vital leadership role where you'll be responsible for the operational and safeguarding standards of a high-quality children's residential home. You will lead a dedicated team to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring they receive the care, support, and structure they need to thrive.You'll work closely with senior leadership and external agencies, manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations, and be a key figure in driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the residential home in accordance with Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations
