About the Role

Ross Hall Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Registered Children's Nurse to join their team on a bank basis. This role involves working on hospital wards during busy periods, providing flexible staffing cover, including during staff leave or absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care for children in various clinical settings.
  • Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, escalate concerns, and perform clinical observations and interventions safely.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, medical teams, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Act as an advocate for children, maintaining their safety, privacy, and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with NMC and organizational policies.
Candidate Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Children/Paediatrics) with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in caring for children and young people in hospital or community settings.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
