Brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager to work within Children’s Residential!

Overview

Lead and manage the day to day operations and supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date.

Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure.

Develop and implement bespoke & child centered care plans for the young people.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy’s & Procedures.

Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management of Residential Care.
  • Extensive experience in managing young people’s residential care.
  • Clear Understanding of Ofsted Standards & experience of leading Ofsted Inspections.
  • Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care Models & Practice.
