Why Join Us?

Be part of an award-winning provider with a strong track record, here's what you'll get:

  • Help with your move if you're coming from out of the area.
  • Lead the launch of a brand-new service, supported by a hands on senior leadership team.
  • Opportunities to grow within a business that values internal promotion and offers paths to senior leadership.
  • Access to specialist training, leadership coaching, and qualifications to help you develop further.

As the Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing and running the home, ensuring that we provide the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

  • Oversee the Ofsted registration process and ensure the home is fully compliant with all regulations and quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and support.
  • Implement personalised care plans to ensure each young person receives the support they need to grow, heal, and succeed.
  • Work to ensure the home maintains Good' or Outstanding'Ofsted ratings by driving continuous improvements.
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and operations to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with local authorities, social workers, families, and other agencies to provide the best outcomes for the young people in your care.
  • Foster a home where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered.

What We're Looking For:

  • You've either been a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD residential childcare setting.
  • You know how to motivate, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care.
  • A deep understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework and experience in achieving positive outcomes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or a commitment to completing it.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and the overall development of the home.
  • A commitment to delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care that promotes positive outcomes for young people.

This is your chance to lead a flagship service and make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. You'll have the autonomy to shape the home while benefiting from strong support and investment from an award-winning provider.
