Location: Runcorn, Cheshire
Salary: £45,000 £60,000 per annum + performance bonuses
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and skilled manager to lead a children's home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring the home delivers outstanding care, promotes stability, and creates positive outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
  • Build collaborative relationships with external agencies and families
  • Manage budgets, staff rotas, and care plans with efficiency and care

Candidate Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
