Our client requires an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete set-up, leadership, and management of the day-to-day operations.
-Create and maintain a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children.
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and maintains the highest standards of care.
-Develop and implement care plans for children, supporting their emotional, social,
and educational development. This will be done in conjunction with our behavioural team.
- Lead, supervise, and support a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring ongoing training and development.
-Manage budgets, resources, and administrative functions related to the running of the home.
-Build strong relationships with external agencies, including local authorities, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Home (England) Regulations 2015.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-A passion for working with children and young people and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.

Licence/Certification:
- Full UK driving licence.
