The Person

  • Is currently working at Deputy Manager level or higher within a children's residential care setting (essential)
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or is actively working toward it)
  • Has at least 2 years' recent managerial residential childcare experience
  • Has a track record of delivering Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Brings confidence, warmth, and professionalism to a high-performing team
