Are you a dedicated leader who’s passionate about transforming young lives? We’re looking for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead our 1-bed home in Liverpool, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a specialist, small-scale service, where your leadership will directly shape the home, inspire your team, and create positive, lasting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure the home exceeds Ofsted standards and expectations
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive
  • Take overall responsibility for safeguarding and personalised care planning
  • Build meaningful partnerships with families, professionals, and the community
  • Foster a positive team culture where staff feel supported and valued

About You

  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Previous experience as a Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted regulations
  • Excellent communicator and natural leader with a child-centred approach
  • Resilient, driven, and committed to improving young people’s lives
