Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead the full set-up, registration with Ofsted, and the development of a new, child-centred home in Dudley.
You will recruit and inspire a high-performing team, embed trauma-informed care, safeguard and regulatory compliance, and work in partnership with fostering and family support services to secure outstanding outcomes for looked after children.

Salary £55,461 - £59,414 Per Annum + An additional £7,000 Market Forces Supplement applicable to this post
