Children's Home Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for a Children's Home Manager to join our brand new 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Nottingham. This is a unique chance to lead and shape a home from the ground up, ensuring it becomes a safe, nurturing, and thriving environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Home Setup: Assist in bringing the home to full occupancy, ensuring it is a welcoming and supportive environment for children.
  2. Leadership: Lead the team with passion, dedication, and a commitment to providing the highest standards of care.
  3. Compliance: Work towards achieving a positive first Ofsted inspection by maintaining compliance with all regulations and standards.
  4. Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering staff and residents to achieve their full potential.
  5. Support: Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff, creating a cohesive and motivated team.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing children's homes, particularly with EBD.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
