ICare Group in Sefton is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service from the Sefton office. You will oversee service delivery, support and develop care teams, drive growth and ensure high standards of care and compliance.
This role requires previous management experience in domiciliary care, NVQ/QCF Level 3 at minimum, and a willingness to work towards Level 5. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
37.5 Hours per Week, Monday-Friday
Participation in On-Call Rota Required
