ICare Group in Wirral is seeking an experienced Assistant Care Manager to support the Registered Care Manager and oversee both domiciliary and extra care services. The role involves leading care teams, coordinating branch operations, and ensuring safe, person-centred care across services.
You will maintain records, manage staff recruitment and rota planning, and support business growth while meeting regulatory requirements. On-call duties and occasional hands-on care may be required.
£15.45 per hour
Mileage Allowance
Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week
On-Call and Weekend Availability Required When Necessary

In addition to supporting our domiciliary care operations, you will also provide operational support and oversight to our Assisted Living Facility when required, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care across both services.
