Main Responsibilities
About You
As you will be managing a new branch, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a successful business, building your customer base from your local area. You will need to be community focused and build strong external relationships.
At Helping Hands, we are dedicated to supporting the continuous development of our Registered Care Managers. We will equip you with all the resources necessary to complete your Level 5 qualification. To succeed, you should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in accordance with CQC/CIW guidelines, as well as management-level experience within the care sector.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
