Are you an experienced care leader looking for your next big opportunity? Our Coventry branch is thriving, it delivers over 900 hours of care each week and we’re looking for a passionate and people focused Registered Care Manager to lead it.

This is a chance to take the reins of a high-performing, fully staffed branch, with a great local reputation and bonus already being achieved.

About the Role

You’ll lead the day-to-day running of our Coventry branch, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery and growing the service further. You'll:

  • Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of care professionals
  • Actively recruit new carers and grow hours
  • Deliver outstanding care outcomes for our customers
  • Take responsibility for commercial performance and quality

This role gives you the freedom to lead like it’s your own business, but with the full support of a national brand behind you.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing within the care sector
  • Working knowledge of CQC requirements
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A strong values base and passion for person-centred care
