McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team. The role involves delivering personal care and domestic support across our developments, with travel between sites and a mobile, field-based schedule. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
The position is part-time with an hourly rate of £14.50, plus 30p extra for evenings and 1.30 extra for weekend hours; travel expenses and mileage are reimbursed. Sponsorship is not offered.
Travel expenses covered, mileage paid at 43p per mile.

This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services.You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Registered Care Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services. This could be from assisting with personal care, household tasks to offering companionship and supporting wellbeing activities. There is the expectation to ensure communal areas are cleaned regularly too.
This is a mobile field-based role to grow our care service so there isa requirement to travel between our developments.
