The Manager will ensure that our domiciliary care and sector-specific staffing services meet CQC standards, promote person-centered care, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations, company policies, and care sector best practices.
• Leadership & Team Management
• Supervise care coordinators, support staff, and administrative teams. Monitor performance, deliver training, and foster a positive working environment.
• Care Quality Oversight
• Develop and maintain robust care plans and risk assessments. Oversee quality assurance audits and resolve service delivery issues.
• Staff Recruitment & Development
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff. Encourage continued professional development (CPD) and ensure all training is up to date.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with service users, families, commissioners, and local authorities. Conduct client reviews and address concerns effectively.
• Scheduling & Rostering
• Work with coordinators to maintain accurate staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage across all service areas.
• Business Development
• Contribute to growth strategies, manage budgets, and identify new contract opportunities.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within health and social care.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and domiciliary care practices.
• NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – Mandatory for registration with CQC as a Registered Manager.
• Right to work in the UK and clear enhanced DBS check.
• Competency in IT and care management software.
