We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead our care operations and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
Role Summary:
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of care services, overseeing care planning, staff development, compliance, and the smooth delivery of safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the home care service in line with CQC regulations
* Lead on the development and review of person-centred care plans and risk assessments
* Oversee staff training, supervision, and performance
* Maintain robust quality assurance systems to monitor service standards
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
* Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure effective communication and satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Care Manager or Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care planning processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and empowering others
